It may happen that you would like to return one or more products for any specific reason. In that case you are asked to read the following information carefully.

From the day of reception of your order by us, you have the legal right of returning this product within 14 days.

A product can only be returned in unused and undamaged condition and in the original undamaged packaging, so the product can still be sold. After the period of 14 days, the product can no longer be returned by invoking the right of withdrawal. 

Products you want to return have to be communicated first through the contact form on the website.

Fill out the contact form completely and at “message” you inform us that it is a return notification. Do not forget to mention our invoice reference number and the invocie date. After your registration in this way, you will receive from us a confirmation by e-mail with the return address to which you can return the goods.

If a return package does not meet the requirements the package is refused. Alos packages without full payment of transport costs by the sender are refused. The costs and the risk of the return package are on the sender. Returns which are sent outside the return period (date of postal stamp is leading), are not accepted.

Camping-jack pays within at maximum 14 days after the complete processing of the return package, the amount of the returned product(s) paid by the client, back to the client. Only the product costs are paid back, not the transport costs.
